Gingerbread Porridge

- 1 cup of oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 cup water
- 4 biscoff biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy cream
Instructions

Heat a small saucepan

Add the oats and spices and toast for 1 minute

Add the flaxseed, salt and liquid and simmer for 5 minutes

Add the syrup and biscuits, stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes

Serve into two bowls and decorate by making a face and pouring milk into it and crumbling extra biscuits on top.
