PBJ Soaked OatsPrint Recipe
- 3/4 cup whole oats
- 1 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries
- 2 table spoons nut butter
- 1 cup hemp milk
Add the oats to a large jar or bowl followed by the sliced banana, cherries and finally the peanut butter.
Ensuring that the peanut butter isn't creating a barrier between the milk and the oats, pour the milk into the jar or bowl and ensure that it runs into the oats.
Leave in the fridge for anywhere between 1 hour and overnight.
Take out 30 mins before eating to allow to reach room temperature. Enjoy!
