Mushroom tagliatellePrint Recipe
- Olive oil
- Chestnut Mushrooms
- Garlic Puree
- Smoked Paprika
- Onion Powder
- Soy Cream
Cook enough tagliatelle for two.
Drain and set to one side.
Add a little oil to a pan and bring to heat.
Chop 8 chestnut mushrooms into slices and add to the pan.
Add in two table spoons of garlic purée, two teaspoons of smoked paprika and one teaspoon of onion powder. Stir until the mushrooms are cooked through.
Now add a hand full of finely chopped spinach and half a cup of soy cream and stir.
Add the pasta, stir and serve. Enjoy!
