Mexican PizzaPrint Recipe
- Pizza base
- Pizza sauce
- 120g BBQ bean recipe from taco recipe
- 3 jalapeños
- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 lime
- 2 rocket chillies
- 1 pinch of salt
- Vegan mayo or sour cream
- 1 Handful of nachos of any flavour
- 100g vegan cheese
Start with the signature pizza base and special sauce. Sprinkle the base with all of the grated vegan cheese, taking care to evenly spread.
Add the BBQ beans a table spoon at a time and spread throughout the pizza. Next take a handful of nachos and crust them slightly before spreading on top. Cut the jalapeños into fine slices and sprinkle on top. Place in the oven on 180c for 15 mins.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Peel away the skin and mush up in a bowl using a fork. Now cut and deseed the chillies before finely chopping and adding to the avocado. Sprinkle with salt and set aside.
Once the pizza is cooked, spoon on the avocado pressing it down to spread, drizzle with vegan mayo and serve. Cut up into 8 and enjoy!
